Conditional rules
Scope a rule to specific products, collections, or a minimum cart total.
Why scope a rule
Not every rule should apply to every order in a zone. A frozen-goods rule might need a shorter lead time than a dry-goods rule in the same delivery region, for example.
Available conditions
- Product or collection — the rule only generates slots when the cart contains a matching item.
- Minimum cart total — the rule only applies above a set subtotal.
- Tag match — the rule applies when the cart contains a product with a matching tag.
Conflict resolution
If two conditional rules on the same zone would both match a cart, SlotSmith applies the more specific one — a product-level condition outranks a collection-level one, which outranks a tag match. Ties are resolved by rule creation order (oldest wins), shown in the rule list.
