Where invoices live
SlotSmith bills through the Shopify Billing API, so every charge appears on your standard Shopify invoice alongside your other app charges — there is no separate SlotSmith invoice to track down.
Viewing charge history inside SlotSmith
SlotSmith → Billing → History mirrors the same charges in-app, with the plan name and billing period for each line, which is useful when reconciling without pulling the full Shopify invoice.
Refunds
Refunds for SlotSmith charges are handled the same way as any other app charge — through Shopify support, referencing the charge ID shown in Billing → History.
